Welcome to Episode 11!
Today, we jump into an expansive (and delicate) issue: Identity! It is something we all engage. What’s the Conscious Awesome approach to the prompt: Know Thyself? Are we giving energy to our small “s” self or our big “S” Self? Tune in and let us know what you think... we’re open to your wisdom.
Your co-hosts are Dani Katz (@somethingdani) and Justin Frank Polgar (@know.yes.justin), can be found on IG at the aforementioned handles. We’re on the path of freedom through the evolution of consciousness, using reframing, the discernment of YES, and the power of language to liberate ourselves from identity and other false constructs.
